IMCMV’s offices are located in the United States, our Services are not directed to clients in other jurisdictions, and we do not host any Information pertaining to clients outside of the United States.

17. “Do Not Track” Signals
We do not support “Do Not Track.” Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the “Preferences” or “Settings” page of your web browser. Do Not Track is different from Global Privacy Controls (“GPC”), which may notify websites of consumers’ privacy preferences regarding the sale or sharing of Information, or the use of sensitive Information.

18. Children’s Privacy
All of our Services, including our Websites, are intended for adult audiences, and are not directed to or meant for individuals under the age of 18 (“Children”). 19. Notice of Financial Incentive
The IMCMV Dining Rewards Program (“Program”) is a voluntary loyalty program. You can opt-in to the Program by registering for an account online or in one of our restaurants or signing up through our Websites, and you may opt-out at any time.
To opt-out of the Program, contact us at any time by emailing your Dining Rewards registered email, phone number and name to [email protected]. Cancellation of this Program will void all rewards and points previously earned. Please note that if you request deletion of part or all your information, that could also affect your ability to qualify for rewards offered through the Program.
You may receive a financial incentive in the form of an email coupon, discount, rebate, free sample, promotions, or other similar reward that will be sent to you. The categories of Information required for us to provide the financial incentives include identifiers such as full name and contact information including email address, purchase history, and other demographic information you choose to provide. In order to provide you with the rewards described above, IMCMV will use the Information you provide to us including your name, username, email address, phone number, mailing address, date of birth, and purchase history to provide you with the rewards described above, facilitate your membership in the Program, and communicate with you to provide information you request or other information relevant to your membership.
The rewards that we provide to Program members are reasonably related to the value of the data you provide to us. While we do not calculate the monetary value of the data that you provide, it is valuable to us because it allows us to further our relationship with you, to understand your preferences based on your purchasing history so that we can suggest offers that will be useful to you, and reward and thank our loyal customers for patronizing our business. Any value varies depending on the purchases each Program member makes, the rewards they take advantage of, and many other factors. Some restrictions apply. 20. Surveys, Sweepstakes, Contests, & Promotions
From time-to-time, we may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) that may require registration. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether to participate and therefore disclose this information. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name, voice, likeness, or other indicia of persona in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. If you choose to enter a Promotion, your Information may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the administration of such Promotion, including, without limitation, in connection with winner selection, prize fulfillment, and as required by law or permitted by the Promotion’s official rules, such as on a winner’s list.
